Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation by Guest

If a guest chooses to cancel their trip after bookings or reservations have been confirmed, the following terms will apply:

Safari Bookings

Confirmed safari bookings are subject to the applicable Ranthambore/Forest Department cancellation rules. Any non-refundable amount already paid toward confirmed safari reservations cannot be refunded.

Hotel Bookings

Hotel cancellations will be governed by the cancellation policy of the selected hotel/property.

Any refundable amount received from the hotel will be passed on to the guest after deduction of any applicable hotel cancellation charges.

If the selected hotel or room rate is marked as non-refundable at the time of booking, the hotel amount will not be refundable.

Transportation

If transportation has already been confirmed and the guest cancels the trip, 80% of the transportation amount paid will be refunded and 20% will be retained toward cancellation and arrangement costs.

Booking & Operational Charges

Booking, coordination or operational charges for services already arranged or processed are non-refundable once the bookings have been confirmed.

Any additional non-refundable supplier charges already incurred will be communicated to the guest where applicable.

2. Cancellation From Our Side

If Riddhi Ranthambore is unable to provide a confirmed service due to an issue directly attributable to us, the amount collected for the affected service will be refunded in full.

If an alternative of equal or better value is available, the guest may also be offered the option to accept the alternative instead of receiving a refund.

3. Government Restrictions & Unforeseen Circumstances

For circumstances outside our control — including government or forest restrictions, park closures, severe weather, natural events, road closures or other force-majeure circumstances — refunds or rescheduling will depend on the applicable policies of the hotel, safari authority, transport provider and other suppliers involved.

Riddhi Ranthambore will assist the guest with eligible refunds or rescheduling wherever possible.

4. Important Booking Terms

• Safari bookings, hotel rooms and transportation are subject to availability until confirmed.
• Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the selected hotel, safari, travel dates and supplier.
• Any special non-refundable conditions applicable to a particular booking will be communicated before payment and confirmation.
• By making the booking payment, the guest acknowledges and accepts the package details and applicable cancellation and refund terms.
